Borough Council.

The Council met on Monday. Present—His Worship tli-e Mayior (Mr R. Cock), Crs. Wood, fk'llringvr, Collis, Carter, Tiscli, Edmunds, and Medley! It was decided to obtain necessary gates to place on Mr H. King's property at the intake works.

The conditions of the resolution passed by the Harbour Board at its last meeting relative to Gill-street were agreed to.
