The Board met cm Monday. Present : Messrs G. Tisch (Chairman), Pjigott, Andrews, Brown, Gray, Btne, Cock, and Mackay. Mr Liiardet forwarded an apology for absence. CONFIRMED. TSie action of tlyj | Chairman in appointing a new waidsman, Simpson, .was confirmed. REDUCTION OF CHARGE.
