Divorce.
(Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Dec. 14. 'Pile hearing of the divorce case McMaster v. McMaster and King was commenced to-day. This is a Jiusbanid's petition, the petitioner being Itonald McMaster, who was married to the respondent, Fanny McMaster, in Dunedin in 1890. One child was born of the the marriage. Since 1H95 the parties have lived separately under a deed of separation and it was alleged that respondent l'or several months in 1900 lived, and was still living, with Issidore Kens, a Sydney sharobrokcr. Respondent's plea is a denial of the alleged adultery. The co-respondent was not represented. The case may tako some days, as much evidence Hvas talcen on commission in Sydney, where the alleged misconduct is said to have occurred.
