SLAPQFFSKI-MUSGROVE SUIT. MELBOURNE, Dec. 12. The Chief Justice refused an application to stay proceedings in the Slapoffskl-Musgrove theatrical suit, pending an appeal. Subsequently an action wherein- Mr Musgrove claimed £2500 from Gustave Slapoffski (husband of Madame Slapoffski, who recently obtained judgment against Musgrove) for alleged breach of contract was settled out of Court, and the case struck out, TASMANIAN RAILWAY. HOBAHT, Dec. 12. The Supreme Court «.made absolute a rule for tha forfeiture of the Great Western Railway riglhts on the ground of non-fulfilment of conditions.
