Theso dehbntures are secured on the Public Revenues of New Zealand. The Principal will be repaid at par not earlier than five years nor later than twenty years from the Ist February, 1904, the Government reserving to itself the right of redemption (by conversion or otherwise) on the Ist February or Ist August, 1909, or in amy year after the year 1909, upon giving six months' notice in the Government Gazette, and in at least four newspapers published in the Colony, of its intention to do so. Both I'rineipal and Interest will be made paya-ble at the Treasury, Wellington, New Zealand.

Sealed lenders, addressed io the Secretary to the Treasury. If cheques are lodged with a Tender, they must be drawn upon a Hank in Wellington, and be marked by such Bank as -good" for fourteen "daws. Choqiues issued by a Dank need not l)i! so marked.
