JAPANESE FEELING.
Received 3, 11.25 p.m. LONDON, Dee. 8. Reuter's Tokio correspondent wires that the Shimpoto, or Progressive set, adopted a strongly worded resolution denouncing the Cabinet's dilatory foreign policy, and expressing the opinion that the interests' of peace -demanded the evacuation of Manchuria and the opening of its principal ports to trade. LONDON, Dec. 8. ISie Standard's Tofcio correspondent ca'bles that the Tolrio section of the Seiyunkai, the strongest party in the district, adopted the same resolution to the Shimpoto, tout more harshly worded. The two parties are drawing closer. Japan gave £1,800,000 for the Chilian warships.
