NELSON, Dec. 3. ( A large meeting was held to-nigiht to consider Harbour Board matters. A resolution was carried with only "' dissentient that the Hoard he ntjiifsted to rescind its adoption of the altered and radically different plains for iKiriiuour improvements ivcommeivded by Messrs Kawson and Williams. It was unanimouslv resolved to ask the Board to proceed at once ivHh Mr Leslie l-fevnolds' swheme. It was also resolved that this meeting has every confidence in Mr Webster, and requests the Government to reappoint him as ft nownwvted m W ,bqr ot tbe Bwm|
