Per Press Association. WELIJNOTON,' Nov. 30, At Supreme Court th(s afternoon .John Hackelt and Samuel Taylor were indicted on a charge of assault and roMxn-y. Taylor was acquitted and Hacktstt found guilty and sent to gaol for live years.
