(Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Nov. 26. The escaped prisoner. Otto Hertiigan, is still at largie. A boat is missing from Broad Bay, and it is supposed he has made his escape from the Peninsula to the other side of the harbour between the city and Port Chalmers.
