Received 24, 11.58 p.m. SYDNEY, Nov. 24. At the half-yearly meeting of the Bank of New South Wales net profits were shown as £125,656. A dividend of ten per cent, was declared, £15,000 was added to the reserve and £18,442 carried forward. The Chairman said the business of the half-year had been promising, and the outlook was promising.
