Prohibition Orders.
WOODVILLE, Nov. 20. fn a case in which a man was charged with a breach of a prohibition order, he being in the bar of a railway refreshment room, the Magistrate (Mr James) decided that lelreshment rooms wore not licensed houses within the moaning of the Act and dismissed the case
