ARRIVAL AT WINDSOR.. LONDON, Nov. 17. The Italian Sovereigns received an ovation at Portsmouth. T)i» French sqiuadron was unescorted, the Sovereigns travelling incognito. Cordial messages with President Loubet were exchanged while the King and Queen were in France. A flotilla of destroyers met the Royal yacht with the Italian Royalties and assisted the cruiser* skyuadron to escort them to Spithead, where they passed between the lines of the Home fleet, the ships manning and saluting. The King and Queen were awaiting the visitors at Windsor station and a warm welcome was accorded them by the townsfolk and Eton boys.
