The Manchurian Trouble.
Received 15, 9.20 a.m. . PEKIN, Nov. 14. Russians marching towards Sh'anhaikwan pretended to take a body of Chinese Imperial troops for robbers and a fight ensued. Altogether there are now 10,000 Chinese troops in Manchuria.
