The New Zealand Shipping Company's steamer Paparoa sailed from ■Plymouth on .Monday last for Wellington, via Capetown and Hobart. Wellington's share was six sailers (5204 tdns) and 23 steamers (66.463 tons), or a gross tonnage of 71,667. The total number of vessels outwards was 153 (tonnage 262.849), of which 52 were sailers and 101 steamships.
