Princess Radizmll sues the Cecil Rhodes trustees for X 1,400,000, basing her claim on Mr Rhodes alleged agreement with her, dated Juue 1899, and notes of hand. She declares the proceedings at Capetown were a miscarriage of justice, due to South Africa being under martial law.
