Lamb can be driven from home in early morning to .railway and sold at the Auckland j cattle sale the same afternoon, at a railway cost of 3d per head. The farm is for immediate sale, with all improvements,lat the very low price of £4 5s per acre, and half of the money may remain on mortgage for a term at 5 per cent. Farms in the neighbourhood with less proportionate improvements, have lately changed bandd at from £6 to £8 per acre. The farm must be sold to wind up an estate. Inspection invited.
