PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. Received 20,113 p.m. London, October 20. The Bill of Beiuchamp, speaking at Kingsheirtb, contended thit the result of the inquiry was a magnificent demonstration of the valus of frte trade. The meeting; however, was hostile, and repeatedly cheered Mr Chamberlain.
