Nelidoff emphasizes that the Czai's visit to Italy is merely delayed and not abandoned, while the Matlmo, the Ministerial organ, declares that Austria used the Socialists' attitude to persuade the Czar to postpone his visit, and Germany is Equally indisposed to encourage a rapprochement between Italy and Bussia.
