THE CRUISE OF THE RARAWA.
(Special to tbe News.) Kohukohu, Octooer 14,
The s.s. Uarnwa passed Cap) Muria Van Di lmn at 1 a.m. on Tuesday, , arriving at Opoaoni, Hokianga, at 9 ( o'clock in delightful weitber and a Kmooth bar. Subsequently she called at Koatu and than at Rawcne, where the afternoon and night were spent. Tho Rarawa tribe welcomed the vessel with a huka and songs, In the evening the inhabitants gave a bail to the pißsccgers. Early this (Wednesday) morning we procsedwl to Kohukohu, and leave at 1 o'clock for 0 lehunga.
