TuesßiY, October 6ih. (Before Eu Honor Mr Justice Edwards.) 4 STBATFOB3) ARSON CASE. Isaac John Salmon, who pleaded guilty to a charge of arson at Stratford, was brought up for sentence. His Honor said he had deeded to take a lenient course with the prisoner ind release bim on probation, because the prisoner did not beloDg to the criminal class, and also that he had pleaded guilty on his own confession, a matter on which his Honor said it would be batter not to comment. He would release prisoner on probation for two years, and order him to pay 15i 10d, tbe costs of the prosecution. He would be allowed six months to pay,
