Kaid Sir Harry Maclean, Instructor-in-Ohiif of the Moroccan Army, on being interviewed in London, said the Moroooans were certain to fanatioally resist any attempt to establish a French protectorate. The Sultan of Morocco is trying to borrow ia Enghnd and Franoe a million sterling to suppress the rebellion.
