PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. London, Stptomber 27. The Times, in an article explaining the weakness of investment securities, refers to the realisation of three large deaetsed estves, bri- ging £750,000 consols into the market. The paper adds that owing to the large amount of colonial and municipal stocks held by syndicates on borrowed money, ev°ry fall necessitates fresh realisations to provide further cover.
