Per Press AjEOt-iation. Received 28,11.9 p.m. London, September 28. The Duke of Richmond and Gordon died to-day. [The late Duke was born in 1818]. Received 26, 11.9 p.m Noumea, September 28. Governor Picanon's son died of consumption, aged 18. There is the deepest sympitby everywhere, and flags are flying halt mast.
