To Ratepayer.->-On February 17tli, Mi Ward moved to proceed with the ex tension of tin Break water out of revenue, and Mr Richard Price seconded. To Anxious.—The Harbour Improve ment League was formed on April 27th. We believe a number of farmers Unions were invited to elect delegates, and a meeting called. It was postponed, and we have not heard of anything further being done.
