LABOUR MATTERS.
A NEW DANGER. Received 23, 0.20 a.m London, September 27. The New York correepandent of tho Times says that Sam Parks, who was recently charged with blackmailing employers, hss secured the control of the convention of bridge and structural iron workers at Kansas, giving him the New York building wade by the throat. Employers expect that for years there will be a practical suspension of building enterprises. Parks threatens to. tie up the great East River bridge works.
