Mr Irvine, after consulting vsriotu constitutional authorities, is oonvinoed, in view that the amendments adopted tvei-d only consequential, that the Bill had been nassed in accordance »i;h th« Constitution Act, and therefore be urges the Imperial authorities to sanation the me .sure.
