FBB PRESS ASSOCIATION. London, September 21. The formation of the fifth and sixth Army Corps at York and Edinburgh baa been suspended, none of the present Army Corps being at their full strength. Bbblin, September 21. Owing to indignation expressed in the city, the case of Sergeant Braidenbacb, of the Piusfian Infantry, who was charged with brutal ill treatment of his subordinates, was revised, and the sentence of 3 j years raised to 5 years.
