DISEASED STOCK BILL.
BUGGE3XED AMENDMENTS. PEB PRESS ASSOCIATION. Palmerston North, September 20. The Manawatu A. and P. Association executive has decided to ask its general committee to refer several proposed amendments of the Diseased Stock Bill to the Conference, including the following : —That the purchaser of diseased bias's be entitled to recover from th vendor ths whole amount paid if the claim is made within one week after purchase; that in the event of tbr refusal of un auctioneer to disclose the name of the purchaser shall h ive recourse against the auctioneer; that the minimum fiue for exposing tdiseast'd beast for ea'e shall be £3, subject to a righb of appeal.
