The Sierra, after a passage of 16 days 12 hours with the 'Vr.sco mail, arrived in Auckland at Sam. on Monday morning. The mail was transferred to the Takapuna, whicb cleared tiie Hanukau Beads at 11.30. Sbe a iived at the Breakwater at 9.30 p.m., and after landing the New Plymoßth-Wanganui-Napiar mails, left for Wellington at 11 p.m. Toe local mail will b3 sorted early this mornice ready fur the early delivery.
