At a meeting of the Provincial Executive of the Farmers' Union the Bt«d Bill wna read, and the list of diseases Hf qualifying stallions for service wu nipouased with interest, and it wu pointed out that many of the diseases were eesi'y detected, so that aid of 1 wxperts was not needed, the only use of the 811 w ju'd be to provide employment for more experts at the expense of stallion ownm who were to be •rtxed.
