MR. JUSTICE CONOLLY.
The third reading of cue Supreme Uourt Judges Bill, in the House, gave the Premier an opportunity oi referring to tha illue?s of Mr Justice Conolly. He regretted, he said, to haar of that Judge's serious indisposition, Mr Jussice Conolly had served this country well, and members would concur in expressing their sincere sympathy with him. It was necessary to get the Supremo Court Bill through at that sitting, as it practically meant the appointment of another Judg).
