It 'is reported from Aden that the French are complaining ot the Bcale of taxes levied on the traffic portion of the French railway traversing Abyssinia, and refusing to pay certain dunea. Abyssinia thereupon stopped the construction of a real from the railway at Derodana to Harrar, and oocupied the concession with military and hoisted a flag. The natives ot Jibontil are alarmed . at the troop* from the Protectorate. It is undei stood that Benegalese sharpshooters will arrive in September,
