SLY GROG CASES.

FEB PBEBS ASSOCIATION. Hamilton, August 26. The police are conducting a vigorous campaign against sly grog-selling in the King Country. At the Magistrate's Court at Te Awamulu yesterday three charges were laid against George Hills of sell it-g liquor without a license at Kawhia. The accused applied to come before a jury, and he was accordingly committed for trial, Several cases are yet to be heard, and it is expected they will occupy the Court for the remainder of the week,
