The Collector of Customs has received word from Waitaria Bay statiug [that an oil launch, painted white, was seen crossing Akaloa Biy in a southeast gale, making very bad weather, i She was s'ruck by a heavy tqnall and suddenly disappcatcd. It is supposed to beiocg to Mr Turcer of Admiralty Bay.
