Received 26.1.7 a.m. St. Petkbsburo, August 25. The Ciir accompanied by Count Lamsdorff, spends five days at Vienna at the end of September. The Czar has requested King Peter to send his sons back to St. Petersburg to complete their education, and hopes the younger one will ba able to go, oven if the Crown Prinee is unable.
