Repealing existing bye-law of 1894 for he regulation of the licensing of Tohicles. 2. Making bye-laws providing for the iceneing of vehicles of certain classes as pecified drawn upon or along any County oad and preventing unlicensed vehicles isicg any of such roads. 3. Ap; ointing (he several sums to be paid o the County fund for the licensing of such ■ehicles. 4. Appointing that such bye-laws shall :ome in o force after approval by the aovsmor and public notification within the bounty for fouiteen (14) days belore coming nto force. The above special resolution will be subnitted for confirmation by way of special irder therein at a special meit'ng of the 'ouncil of the County of Taranaki to be leld in the Office of the Council in Devontreat, New Plymouth, on MONDAY, Hepember 7th, 1903, at 2 p.m A copy of the proposed special order and the bye-laws .hereon is deposited at the County Office iforesaid and is open to the inspec ion of ihe public during office hours, without fee.
