Returns issued, lucluding bullion and specie of the British colonies, show imports for the decade ending 1900 from the United Kingdom increased by six millions, from British possessions by thirteen millions, and from foreign countries by 29 millions. Exports from the colonies to the United Kingdom increased by 21 £ millions, to British possessions 10 millions, to foreign countries 18£ millions. Imports for tfce year J 900 consisted of 117 millions from the Uni'ed Kingdim, 46 mil ! ions from British possfssiocs, and 81 millions from foreign countries. Exports consisted of 108 millons to the United Kingdon, 43| millions to British possessions, and 87 millions to foreign countries.
