LABOUR RIOTS IN RUSSIA.
Per Press Association. St. Petersburg, August 12. A number of the managers at Baku attribute the strike to the redaction in wages. Tb>y blame the wholesale exporters for imposing an oppressive yoke on smallar merchants. The Minister of the Interior believes there are 40,000 strikers at Baku, 5000 at Kitff, and 80,000 at Odessa, and tbat they are the vanguard of a vast secret association.
