NOTICE Is hereby given that a Special Me'ting ot the New Plymouth Borough Council will be held at the Council Chambers, King-street, New Plymouth, on the 26th day of August, 1903, at 10 a m., for tha pnrpos-) of confirming a resolution pissed by the Council on the 27th day of July, 1903, ordaining aid making amendments to the Bye-Laws for the Borough of New Plymouth, euch amendments to come into operation and force ou the sth day of September, 1903; and also that the objects of such amendments are;— ' (a) To repeal Bye-Laws 93 and 94 and 99, in reipect of Waterworks, and to substitute others in lieu thereof. (b) To amend Bye-Laws 92, 96, and 97, i in respect of Waterworks. (c) To amend Bye-Laws No. 312 so as 1 to close Billiard-rooms at 10 p.m., instead of 11 p m. (d) To amend the interpretation of the words " party wall" and " inner area" In the "Building Bye-Laws, 1902."
