Higt officers from all parts hava co" furred daily at Odessa, Special manoeuvres are being practised, espe^iilly entrenchment, night attack, aod firing. Large orders have bean given for ammunition, and the commissariat is very active.
The managers of the volunteer fleet hava been warned to prepare for an early withdrawal of all vess.-ls from the commercial service,
Ywnna reports state tha'. the Sultan ha 9 been asked to permit several Russian warships to pass through the Dardanelles bound for the East.
