Batter.—Market coitinne3 firm for all finest grades, and quotations generally thow a slight advance on the week. Danißb.—Copenhagen ao!vanced 2 kroner (2s 4d) yesteiday with arrivals clearing as thay land. Trench.—There is a steady demand for choice qualities at lite rates, the quantity being short for the moment. Under grades axe more plentiful and 2b to 4s lower. Bnssian. —Supplies increasing rapidly, quality is only fair, good demand is experienced for best grades but inferior parcels sell slowly at 76a to 8& Mew Zealand.—There is a stead) demand for butters jast landing ex Kiratnea and Turakina at 92a to 945. In view cf the heavy rains whicn are hting experienced in this country it is not thought advisable to pnt bulk of the goods in c4d store the de i'e being rather to keep the market open in view of the early shipments from the colonies. Canadian.—Most of the Canadian factories are still making cheese, so that there U little butter to offer, buyers consequently take no interest in it. Cable prices are 93s to 91s c.Lf London.
Argentine—Supplies light, and there is very little fine quality onthe market unsold. Che'te.— Market steady, cable priees for prompt shipment unchanged, a eood many peop'e are of o.iiion that we have seen lowest prices for a few weekß. New Zealand demand qiieter, as Canadians »re rapidly imp-ov ng in quality. A hije is sca-ce, and making up to 665, co'ored 6 n s to 63b.
