MCPCLSION OF JEWS. FIB PUSS ASSOCIATION. St. Petbrbborg, July 19. The Police Commissioner has b-en ordered to expel Jewish families faking refuge in the villages of the Kishineff district on the ground that this is contrary to the law of 1882. Received 20,11.50 p.m. New York, July 20. The American press and public do not resent Russia's refusal to receive the Kishineff petition, considering that the objeot of the petition has been attained.
