LOCAL BILL, TOTIOE is hereby given thai, it is InN tended to introduce a Bill at the present Session of Parliament, the short title whereof is " The Tarar.aki and Hawera Hospital Districts Apportionment Act, 1903," The objects which the Bill is intended to effect are:— (1) The apportionment ef the assets and liabilities and adjustment of the accounts between the Taranaki Ho pital and Charitable Aid Board and the Hawera Hospital acd Charitable Aid Board in accordance with terms mutually agreed upon, a new district having been constituted by virtue of the " Hawera Hospital District Act, 1902." (2) The vesting of the piece of land containing 5 acres, more or lens, being sub-division 1 of Section 30, town of Hawera (the Hawera Hospital site), in the Hawera Hospital and Charitable Aid Board, A copy of the Bill has been deposited in the Magistrate's Court at New Plymouth, with a plan of the land affected, and is open for public inspection.
