Per Press Association. London, July 18. Lotd Stanley, in the Ho ;, ee of Commons, said he wes confident that Britain would soon possess infinitely the beat artillery in existence. Colonel Benson, the new Inspector-General of Remount", had been directed to make his department capable of ezpa r sion in war time. Six purchasing officers in the United Kingdom, the colonies and abroad had been appointed.
