TARANAKI COUNTY RATES. )ÜBUO NOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance of tha power* vested in County Owneils under Section 148 of the Oonnties Act 1886, The Local Bodies Loans Act 11901, Section 26 of the Hospital and Charitable Institutions Act 1885; and in accordance with Section 37 of the Bating Act 1891 and amendments thereof, the Oeonty Council of the County of Taranaki will, at a special meeting to be held on MONDAY, Brd August, 1903, strike and levy rates tor the year ending 31st March, 1901, as follows : A General Bate of 21-28ths ef a penny ia the ppund; a Special Bridge Rate of l-28th of a penny in the pound (total of the two, |d); and a HospiW and Oharitable Aid Bate of one-twelfth of a penny in the ponnd. Each of snoh rates to be en the rateable value of all rateable property comprised within the Moa, Waitara, and Omata Ridings, County of Taranaki, and such rates to be payable in one instalment at the Taranaki County County Office, New Plymonto, on 17th August, 1993.
