AH ENGINE SNOW-BOUND. STOCK SUFFERING. PEE PBBSS ASSOCIATION. Tim abu, July 16. The engine of the Fairlie train is still snow-bound at Crieklewood. Two engines left Timaru last night and reached Albury at midnight, a distanced 28 miles. The engines went on to Oricklewood this morning, and a special relief train with men and tools was sent from Timaru. Snow is s ill lying very thickly around Fdrlie, Temulw, Geraldine, and the surrounding districts. Stock are suffering severely. In the Mackenzie country the fall was not so heavy, and stock there are not greatly nffactei.
