FEB PMIBB ASSOCIATION. j London, July 15. Mr Haldane, M.P., moved, the Hod. W. P. Reeves seconded, and the Bri'isb Umpire League's Council adopted a resolution expressing the earnest hop-' that the Government would take fresh steps to bring the establishment of an Imperial Court of Appeal under ' the consideration of the Australasian and Canadian Governments, The Council also expressed a hope that Mr Austen Chamberlain would accept letter* pos'ed in any pirt of the Empire addressed to place 3 within the Commonwealth at a penny per half ounce.
