As the parade is in honour of the Ejmont and Stratford Mounted Kifles, a full muster is requested. lb has been decided to hold the cole brations in connection with the opening of the Catholic new school on July 29th and 30ch. A sale of useful and valuable articles will take place en the afterooon and eveniog of the first day. Everybody is invited to be present. No charge for admission. On the following evening a social will be held, which promises to be very enjoyable. Admission : Gents' 2s, Ladies Is.—Advt. 16,23,28 The Garrison Band are requests i to meet at the Post Office at 2.30 this afternoon.—Advt. To-day is Arbor Day, and the Banks and Government Buildings will be closbd. Some of the shopkeepers aro doing likewise, but those allied to the I'radesmens' Association are going on independent lines, and will keep open till midday. The Scenery Preservation Society will plant trees in E. Reserve. We would remind our readers that the O.F. & F-O. will be open this afternoon and evening. Sprays and Buttonholes can be obtained for the Hospital Ball.— Advt. _
