DEPUTATION TO THE PREMIER. —— Wellington, July 14. A deputation from the Municipal Association waited on the Promier todav, and brought under his notice a resolution passed at yesterday's conference—That his attention should be drawn to the fact that Charitable Aid Boards had no power to buy land, or to put up buildings, and only had power to repair existing buildings.
