PFR PRESS ASSOCIATION PALMEBBTON NOBTH, July 14. At Shannon this morning J. Coonea and three other men were engaged warming dynamite over a fire with 30 additional plugs in close proximity. The dynami'e on the fire exploded, and the concussion also exploded the 30 plug*, resulting in Coonea having a leg broken, his side severely cut, and painful injuries inflicted on his head, i Another mac, name not ascertainable, got concu-sion ot the brain, and the others were more or less injured, Two of the men wera brought to the hospital this morniog. The full extent of the injuries are not yet known. Coonea was a former resident of Dunedin. j
